Account Questions:

--> Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account must have a separate computer and separate ISP to participate in our program.

--> How can I log into my account?
You can log in using the login box on the upper left hand side of every page on our site, OR you can log in at http://www. freebies-n-more.com/pages/enter.php and enter your username and password that you submitted at the time of registration.

--> How can I cancel my account?
Go to your user info page and at the bottom of the page you enter your user name and password, then click cancel.

--> How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your affiliateship in our program allows Freebies-N-More Rewards to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from Freebies-N-More Rewards without terminating your affiliateship in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." Link. At the bottom of the page you will find the option to "Cancel Account".

--> How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your Affiliate ID.

--> I live outside the U.S., can I join?
We are Currently accepting sign ups from the US, UK, AU, CANADA, FINLAND, NORWAY, PORTUGAL, GERMANY, SPAIN, NETHERLANDS, RUSSIA, GREECE, SWEDEN, NEW ZEALAND, IRELAND, HUNGARY, and BRAZIL; However, Cash payouts will only be sent via PayPal & only to those who have upgraded their account for the exception of: US, UK, AU & Canada; ALL other countries must upgrade their account in order to receive Cash payouts and you must have a valid PayPal account. Those residing in the UK, AU and CANADA do not have to upgrade their account, however, payment will only be sent via PayPal due to the high cost of postal service to send Money Orders or Gift cards to any country other than the US.

--> I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privileges.

--> Why was my account suspended or terminated?
There are a number of reasons your account can be suspended or terminated.
Inactivity, Cheating, Fraud, Spamming, Not following the rules, etc....
To find out the exact reason, use the Contact Form on the site, however if you send us gibberish / rude or hateful mail, you will be banned from our site. We are very fair and are willing to work with anyone within reason (unless you are a cheater and commits fraud), so attacking us and sending us rude remarks or hate mail will only get you banned from the site.

--> What are the requirements for being an "Active" member?
You must login to your account click on at least one paid email ad at least once every 7 days and join at least one Free program or newsletter once per month. If you are sincere in wanting to earn from our program, this is easy to do, you can do that in one day!
NOTE: Your account will NOT be deleted if you do not do any sign-up offers, however, any bonuses will not be awarded.

Earnings Questions:

--> How much do I earn by participating in your program?
You earn by joining other programs, signing up to receive Free Stuff, signing up to Free offers, reading email ads and checking out their sites, shopping at our advertisers shops, playing games, referring others to our program and Even by receiving Random awards. You earn no less than 1 Cent per email ad and no less than 25 Cents per signup and many are $1 or More, PLUS earn at least 3% on every dollar you spend at our advertisers shops! This can add up QUICK!

--> When are Paid To Sign-Up Offers Credited?
In order for a paid to sign-up offer to be credited, you must first follow all the rules for signing up to the offer. Some offers require a 1 page registration, others require several pages and some may require you to conduct at least one survey within 72 hours of sign-up. Most all require you to confirm your email address and you must ALWAYS use the SAME email that you used when signing up to Freebies-N-More Rewards. There maybe other requirements, any special requirements can be found below the ad in your PTSU area.
Once verification of your registration or sign-up of the offer has been confirmed by the Merchant of that offer and payment for your sign-up has been submitted to us, your account will be credited within 48 hours. Payment is made to us once per month by merchants/advertisers. You must stay as a member of each program you sign-up to and be an active member for at least 30 days or this will be considered Fraud. We realize that some programs may not be for you and you may not want to continue your membership with them, this is YOUR choice, however, just bear in mind that we do not get paid if the advertiser considers your sign-up to be fraudulent and when someone signs up and a few days or a week or so later cancels their account or never logs in again after signing up, they consider this to be fraudulent sign-ups and they will NOT pay us and therefore, we can NOT pay you. Also, please be aware that if this happens several times, WE will consider it to be fraud and your account will be terminated and all earnings will be lost.

--> When can I request payment?
You may request payment via PayPal after you have earned at least $3.00.
You may request payment via Wal-Mart Gift Card Or via money order after you have earned at least $5.
You may request payment via Visa Gift Card after you have earned at least $25.

--> How can I request payment?
As soon as you reach payout, you will see the redemption option appear in your account area, after submitting your redemption request, we will validate your account, and then begin the payment process. You will also have the option to redeem your earnings for discounted advertising with us. When you qualify, you will see what options are available to you in your account area.

--> When am I paid?
After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing, (meaning you must be an honest "Active" member) we will issue payment to you within 30 days. Payments are made on or around the 15th of each month.
PLEASE NOTE: Visa Gift Cards, Wal-Mart Gift Cards and Money Orders take 7 to 10 days for delivery via postal mail. We are not responsible nor can be held liable for lost or stolen mail.

--> How am I paid?
Payments are made via the following: Advertising Only, Money Order, PayPal, Visa Card, Walmart Card
We currently charge a 50 cent shipping fee for Wal-mart gift cards and 75 cents via money orders. There is NO fee to be paid via PayPal. Payment via Visa card is subject to a $3.95 fee, this fee is what we have to pay to purchase a visa debit card. The minimum amount we can purchase a visa card for is $25 and therefore, you will need to earn $28.95 in order to cash out using this payment option. We will absorb the 50 cent shipping costs for the visa card since there is a $3.95 fee already associated with this card. Payments are made to members once per month in U.S. Dollars, and are paid on or around the 15th of each month.
NOTE: Any International members that we allow to be our member can only be paid via redemption or PayPal and must follow our terms. International members (other than AU, UK, and Canada) must upgrade their account in order to receive cash payouts via PayPal only, otherwise you can only redeem your earnings. U.S. members can choose any of our payment options. Australia, U.K. and Canadian members must use the PayPal option (or redemption) due to shipping fee's associated with sending gift cards or money orders to their country.


Referral Questions:

--> How can I refer other affiliates?
You may place a link with your referral url to Freebies-N-More Rewards on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers, advertise on other sites or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming. We also offer a "Tell-A-Friend" page located in your members area.

--> What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral links" page in your members area.

--> What can I earn through referrals?
Affiliates will earn from 2 levels of referrals
Level 1 = 10%, Level 2 = 5%
You will earn 5 cents per referral during our Referral Contest.
You also earn more commissions from your downline when you upgrade your account.

--> Are my referral earnings working?
Yes, referral earnings are updated once a day. You must be active on our site to earn from your referrals
To qualify to receive earnings from your downline, you must login at least once every 14 days and participate in at least 30% of the programs/ads we post on our site or send to you via email.
